Recommendation
The Regional Housing Trust Fund Commission recommends to the Capital Regional District Board:
That the number of affordable rental housing units at 210 Gorge Road East, Victoria, supported by a $600,000 Regional Housing Trust Fund grant, be reduced from 50 to 42, subject to meeting the terms of the Regional Housing Trust Fund Grant Funding Agreement.
