Recommendation
1. That the minutes that form the Report of the Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 4473, “Comprehensive Community Development Plan for Port Renfrew, Bylaw No. 1, 2003, Amendment Bylaw No. 14, 2022” which are certified as a fair and accurate summary of the representations that were made at the public hearing held on September 7 and continued on September 8, 2022 for Bylaw No. 4473, be received;
2. That Bylaw No. 4473 be read a third time; and
3. That Bylaw No. 4473 be adopted.
