Recommendation
[At the February 24, 2021 Transportation Committee meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission recommendation was further amended and then defeated. The following motion arising was then carried:]
That the Capital Regional District advise municipalities in the region that the Traffic Safety Commission is supportive of participation in a default reduced speed pilot.
