Recommendation
[At the November 18, 2020 CRD Board meeting, the motion was referred to the December 2, 2020 meeting of the Governance and Finance Committee:]
That the Governance and Finance Committee recommends to the Capital Regional District Board:
That all closed matters be directed to Regional Board, where First Nation Member participation can be determined on an item-by-item basis.
