[The following was read into the record at the Environmental Services Committee meeting on February 19, 2020:]
That staff be directed to report back with options for accelerating the Capital Regional District’s (CRD) response to the climate emergency, including consideration of additional investments through the 2021 budget process and options for increasing regional collaboration to reduce greenhouse gas.
