Recommendation
[At its February 5, 2020 meeting, the Governance and Finance Committee amended the recommendation as noted below.]
The Governance and Finance Committee recommends to the Capital Regional District Board:
1. That no changes be made to the notice of motion procedures, at this time; and
2. That the Notice of Motion procedure be reviewed at the Governance and Finance Committee in one (1) year.
