Proposed Revisions to Capital Regional District Bylaw No. 3741 - Building Regulation Bylaw No. 5, 2010

 

Recommendation

[At the February 10, 2021 Electoral Areas Committee, this item was deferred to the March 10th meeting:]

The Electoral Areas Committee recommends to the Capital Regional District Board:

a)                     That Bylaw 4403, “Building Regulation Bylaw No. 5, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 2, 2021” be introduced and read a first, second, and third time; and

b)                     That Bylaw No. 4403 be adopted.
