Recommendation
[At the June 21, 2023 Environmental Services Committee meeting, a revised alternative 2 was carried as follows:]
The Environmental Services Committee recommends to the Capital Regional District Board:
1. That staff maintain the short-term contingency plans for biosolids management and expedite the thermal processing pilot.
