Recommendation
That staff return to the December 2026 meeting of the Capital Regional District Board with a staff report detailing the implications associated with a requested three-year funding extension to the Aboriginal Coalition to End Homelessness starting at $164,636 in 2027 and increased annually with an inflation indexation for 2028 and 2029.
