Recommendation

That the Core Area Liquid Waste Management Committee recommend to the Capital Regional District Board:

That the Terms of Reference for the 2018 Core Area Liquid Waste Management Committee, as attached in Appendix A, be approved as amended to include under section 1.0 an addition item (c) receipt of monthly updates from the Project Board and to monitor ongoing budget and risks.
