Notice of Motion: Review Exemptions in SSI Noise Bylaws (E. Rook)
Recommendation
Commissioner Rook proposed the following Notice of Motion for consideration at the next meeting
“That the Salt Spring Island Local Community Commission request Staff report back clarifying all exemptions to the Bylaw 3384 Noise Suppression Bylaw (Salt Spring Island and Bylaw 1465 Animal Regulation and Impounding Section 26, their scope, legal basis if outside of the bylaw, and definition of eligibility for exemptions.”
