Recommendation

The Hospitals and Housing Committee recommends to the Capital Regional District Board:

That staff be directed to prepare and launch a Request for Proposals to identify a proponent who will enter a long-term lease, apply for funds, undertake development and operate a housing project at 280 Georgeson Bay Road, Galiano Island.
