Notice of Motion: Implications of Amending Bylaw 1465 (E. Rook)
Recommendation
Commissioner Rook proposed the following Notice of Motion for consideration at the next meeting
“That the Salt Spring Island Local Community Commission request Staff report back on the process and implications for amending the CRD Bylaw 1465 Animal Regulation and Impounding to exempt the Salt Spring Electoral Area from the animal noise section 26 of that bylaw with reference to Bylaw 3384 Noise Suppression Bylaw (Salt Spring Island) as the sole animal noise bylaw applicable to Salt Spring Island.”
