Recommendation

1.                     That Bylaw No. 4388 cited as “Bulk Water Rates Bylaw, 1977, Amendment Bylaw No. 40, 2020" be introduced and read a first, second, and a third time.

2.                     That Bylaw No. 4388 be adopted.
