Recommendation

That Contract CRHD.2019-01-031 Aluminum Rails for the Summit at Quadra Village Project be awarded to Colonial Railings Ltd. in the amount of $180,600 [excluding GST] and that a project contingency of $5,418 [excluding GST] be approved.
