Transmission Main Upgrade Program Update and Award Recommendation

 

Recommendation

That the Regional Water Supply Commission:

1. Authorize the award of Change Order #18 and Change Order #19 to Jacobs Consultancy Canada Inc. and authorize staff to award subsequent changes to a total of $6,131,238.50 up to a maximum contract value of $6,500,000; and

2. Direct Staff to amend the maximum payable under the contract to the new maximum amount of $6,500,000.
